is this still available and would it fit a 2012 XV?

Hi all, just wondering if anyone knows if i can replace the aerial on 2012 xv with the shark fin, like on the newer models? or even one off a impreza sti?

Hi all Been around the forum a while owning imprezas. I've just sold my GB270 & bought a 2012 XV 6speed manual 50k miles for a run around/car camping weekends after some hikes etc So far so good, abit of surface rust under the car which il be taking a wirebrush to in the coming week and putting on some underseal Noticed gear changes arent as smooth, as I was expecting so going to have a check on oils but that might just be me used to shorter changes, would love a short shifter if anyone knows of any for 2012 xv Any others issues I should look out for? hi savage thanks for the reply I couldn’t tell you myself to be honest, I’m quite a rookie when it comes to these engines, probs get to get it on to have a proper look noticed a little grey smoke from exhaust on start up that’s abit oily smelling but that clears after the first initial puff, I have had people saying with a forged engine you do get abit of oil in the turbo/intercooler if you don’t have a catch can fitted, but that’s not giving my any idea of where it’s leaking from unfortunately im guessing the turbo is already a bigger one with the engine being forged? But might be wrong

i've got a GB270 forged engine 361bhp ok so i noticed a small dropping of oil at the weekend when it was raining, & reversing into my bay had a further look and it looks like it coming from behind the (top mount) intercooler, so took that off for a further look when taking it off, there is a visable amount of oil in the intercooler, and also in the turbo air outlet, not massive amounts but enough to be concerned, any ideas? would be a big help. ive read it may be turbo on his way out? 😢

Hi all just had a new up pipe fitted to my gb270 as my other had a leak now this one has been fitted something (up pipe/down pipe) is catching on the steering knuckle when turning and making an awful sound when turning mainly left, anyone any ideas

well one week on and my splitter is no more, f***ing leftover wagon tyre on motorway took it out, had nowhere to go
