Thought I would introduce myself,
Just purchased my first impreza, its a 2002 bugeye wagon, is only the 2.0 gx model as I already have a mkiv supra turbo as my weekend toy, and the wagon is just going to be the family car.
Decent service history and very clean for the money I paid / a car that is 15 years old!
I openly admit I know very little about subarus, hence joining here! I have found the mkiv owners club an invaluable source of information and hope that this forum will be much the same!
Only picked the car up this evening so haven't had a good chance to fettle, has had a recent service. But when I get a chance I will be getting it in the garage and giving it the once over.
is there anything anyone can suggest I check?
The car does feel a little bit boat like, so I'm thinking if I do any mods it will be suspension related, as I can see myself getting a little annoyed with the floatyness, any suggestions on springs? I wouldn't go coilovers as they would almost certainly be overkill for a daily driver with as much punch as David Cameron fighting his way out of a paper bag.
