For this to work it would need to be retro effective with 100% flash reflection. In reality you'll find that the Feds will be quite capable of reading your number plate over the 30-40ft range they use rather than the close shot here where the overexposure causes it to go white, over a distance and at the angle of a speed camera this won't work. Wouldn't want anyone to waste precious pennies. Currently the only anti camera device is the electronic box that tricks the camera by sending an infra-red pulse back to the camera which confuses it.
