    Legacy 2009 folding mirror problem

    My drivers side mirror does not stop when opening , it flips all the way round facing outwards ... With gentle had pressure It will stop, but then will continue forward as soon as you turn the ignition key again, next time. Is this a mechanical issue or electronic ? As the garage wants 95 quid plus vat just to have a look at it..... :( thanks , Sparky
