  1. hi guys new to this i have a 53 forester xt which has developed a nasty vibration under load over 55+mph my garage has test driven along with me and we have tested and changed several parts (which were worn/faulty anyway) the items tested or replaced or checked are:- all bushes , mounts, bearings, tie rods,ball jointssuspension,drop links there seems to be no excessive play in the propshaft or cv joints .....me and my garage are at our wits end ...someone else must have come across this problem before ...if anyone could help i would be very grateful
  2. hi guys & gals new to this owners club I have a serious vibration problem on my 2003 Forester xt .it occurs at around 55+ mph and especially under load, myself and my local garage have narrowed it down to drive train.... all of the following have been checked and double checked (and many replaced to no avail)...all bearings,ball joints ,mounts ,bushes linkages, springs, tyres,disks... i cant be the only one to experience this any body got a clue as i love my Forester and love driving it ,the performance and handling are fab iI am at my wits end (and so is my garage lol)
