Hi has anyone had any experience of fitting 19 inch alloys on a 5 th gen legacy? How do they fit ? And drive / turn ?

Hi looking at a damaged legacy. Mainly front bumper. Looks like a little twisted metal underneath right at the front under the bumper. Does anyone know anything about this area of the car? Is it structural or non structural ?

Hi New here, looking to buy my first subaru and found a salvage legacy. Has some minor front damage ( bumper) just not sure if structural or not. Can anyone help and identify this part from under the front bumper.
