    Dating Certificate

    Hi all, here's a tough one. Ibought a JDM Forester in the UK and took it home to Isle of Man. The seller has not provided me with the full logbook but only the V5c/2 which will not suffice for the registration of the car here at Isle of Man. DVLA stopped doing certificates of export as well, (I have no idea how this is possible) I tried to get a certificate of Conformity from Subaru which they won't provide because it's an import. I got into touch with IOM licensing department they told me an official Subaru owners club could provide me with a dating Certificate which will be enough to get the car registered. Can someone point me in the right direction, any help would be much appreciated. Many thanks!
