Scooby sas

Hi I have a Subaru Impreza WRX STI 2001 it drives lovely nice car however when I turn right the car feels like it is skipping to the left ... It is not in the steering wheel definitely underneath the car. I have been to garage and replaced driveshaft drivers side, steering rack boots, brake pads front and rear and had the wheels aligned however after spending a large sum of money I still have the problem. Apparently the sway bar and all CV joints/boots are fine also. Please if have any ideas I would be grateful
