Went to a garage today and 2 high end readers couldn't do a forced regen on my Forester.. ;<

Hi. I'm new to Subaru ownership and I'd like to ask if anyone knows of a budget scan tool or software that will let me tell my Forester I have a new DPF and/or tell it to do a regen on the dpf. Any help would be great.
