Thanks. Are there any fuel tank sealants which are applied to the outside of the tank? If the tank has to come off I might as well fit another tank.

Hello, I have just joined this forum. I have a 1997 Forester 2 litre non turbo petrol. The fuel tank is leaking at the seam. What is involved in replacing the tank? Does anyone know where I could get another tank even second hand? Thanks
