    I started the car without these belts , the sound is still there

    Hello i have this strange problem. The car was bought with this sound of the engine. The rollers, timing belt, water pump have been replaced. It is also started without the belt that drives the generator , the howling continues. Please if anyone has encountered this problem share where this howl comes.
