Hi All, I have an Auto 1999 Turbo S. Occasionally when i put my foot down(When cold) it seems to do nothing. It doesnt misfire, just feels incredibly flat and wont rev or change down. If i change down using the box it comes on boost and goes OK but the engine check light comes on. It sometime goes off very quickly after and then runs fine. It only seems to do this when cold. Is this a fuelling issue, could it be a split hose? But as said once on boost seems fine so the split hose doesnt make sense. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks Dan

Hi, I recently purchased a 1999 Turbo S with only 44000 miles on. I got this from London and drove home fine. Since then the Engine check light comes on intermittently. If you rev over 4K it 'mostly' comes on. It can stay on for a few seconds or for 10 mins + but does always seem to go off at some point. I took this for a major service at a local Subaru Specialists (AdgeSpeed) and he didnt mention anything. Could this just be a fault connection or do i need to get this properly investigated. I got all oils changed (Diff oils as well) except gearbox oil. It does seem a little hesitant to change down. Any thoughts would be gratefully received. Many thanks Dan

Hi, I have recently (4 days ago) purchased a 99 Turbo S with 43K miles. I was informed the fuel gauge was temperamental, Well it doesnt work. It has moved once when i filled it up but went back below zero pretty much immediately and has stayed there. From the receipts i can see it did have a new sender unit 5 years (About 10K miles) ago. Would this have gone again? Any ideas would be gratefully received. Many thanks Dan
