I will be change oil in gearbox in Poland Subaru recommended shell 75w90 gl5 but can't find her. My favourite oil it's valvoline and I find 75w90 durablend but is two kind. One is 75w90 and second 75w90 LS. Could you tell me please which one is the best. Thank you.

When i check live data MAFS show 2.9 g/s but i don't know that is correct or not.

Spark plugs changed but still a feel slightly shakes. Today i have unplug Maf sensor and start engine CEL light but shakes exactly the same. When clear ECU and plug MAFS CEL gone. Is it possible that ECU doesn't show any issues on MAFS but maybe it is broken.

I cleaned.

Idle control valve it's EGR? Because on my previous forester idle control valve was on throttle body but now on throttle body i have MAP sensor. I check on opposedforces.com.

O2 sensor was changed two weeks ago today I feel little acceleration issue about 2.5k rpm. But now is much better. I will be change the spark plugs on Saturday .

I have question. When I will be changing spark plugs do I need to have special spanner?

I bought o2 sensor but it's wrong and I'm ordered new denso. now i left wrong o2 sensor in my car and don't feel some changes. Car working exactly the same like before but now light CEL.
