Hello Everyone. I just picked up a 2015 Levorg GT in metallic blue.
I needed an estate, but don't do the miles to justify a diesel, and I've got to that age where an auto is preferred.
I looked long and hard at A4 Allroad, 3 and 5 series, and C class, because I don't want a bland rep mobile, and happened upon a Levorg by chance. I've never seen one before, and was intrigued, so I watched all the YouTube reviews and read all the articles, although I wasn't blown away, the bonnet scoop and uniqueness (and reliability) drew me in.
Just got back from picking it up, and in the 100 miles home I decided to hit the B roads for the last 20 miles.
First impression, it's not gonna blow my socks off for interior styling and exterior looks, bit it has everything I need, and it does those things well enough.
Turn in and cornering is insane. And once you give the CVT time to do it's thing, a bit of right boot puts the smile on my face.
The stereo is a bit tinny, but I'll have a play with the EQ and see what I can do. I guess I got used to a c class with harmon kardon and a sub in the boot.
Any tips on how I can "beef" it up a bit, and maybe hear that boxer? Or make it a bit more STI and less corolla?
Also, everything works as far as I can tell apart from the left mirror doesn't fold in. I don't even know if it should.
And how good is the starlink app? Worth a look? I'm happy to be able to stream from my phone, so what does starlink add? Is this the android and apple play bit?
Do I even need them?
Cheers
