  1. In thr 80s 90s Australia and NZ had the Subaru Brumby. Also in the US called the Brat. Mid 2000s the US had the Baja. I also once saw a gen4 Outback with roof, rear windows, C and D pillars removed, welded rear doors and the tub of a Opel Corsa Utility (I think it was) welded in. Beautifully done, perfect fit. So my plan on the Exiga, after I claimed all the tax and depreciation over the next 5 years, is to turn it into a "Brumby" that Subaru should build but for some reason dont.... We'll that's the idea at least. Ideas are easy. We'll see.
  2. Thanks for approval of membership I'm very glad to have found a Subaru Owner Forum with a section for the Exiga. I have an imported JDM 2015 Exiga Crossover7. I think it is a YAM chassis. I couldn't find anywhere else that has this particular model. Our other car is a 2012 XV. Also JDM import. We have huge numbers of imported JDM vehicles on the road in NZ which is a very economical way of buying a car here. Down side is zero service history and very little info on the unusual models. Again, cheers for having me
