  1. hi , thanks for the reply . but a quick search shows a number of places offering an upgrade of about 10 to 15%( 245 to start with) means bout 25 to 30 bhp increase with a increase in torque. They quote that the avc is made to kick in earlier, getting rid of the flat spot at low revs. Just wanted to find out any recommendations of places to go who actually know what they are doing with a H6. cheers Ian

  6. hi ,I know this is a late reply but you may need to check when you press menu and it goes to destination ,look at the map of Europe and make sure the uk is highlighted. if not just press change underneath and choose uk. hopes this helps ( if you haven't worked itout already)
  7. hi, Rich. have a look at datamanuals . on tinter net, they are Subaru workshop manuals available to download(at a cost of course) . ive got a legacy est 3.0 rn I think it covers the outback but couldn't promise that look at me profile pic , they are great cars
  8. hi, sorry bout late reply (been v busy) but i had a towbar fitted with twin electrics. the trailer connection you need was a 'universal fit' type which meant it was fitted by the use of botch locks, this caused no end of trouble . so in the end i bought the subaru dedicated 12n electrics . absolute breaze to fit with instructions . this does require you to strip out most of the boot area but with proper subi plugs it litery does just plug and play. bought from sgpetch.co.uk . hope this helps
