Hi guys unfortunately due to work reasons I am reluctantly selling my 2005 blob eye wrx. this car has been my pride and joy and I will be so sad to see it go but work has forced my hand. the car has 65,870 miles and a full service history done by specialist garage including Indigo GT in wales. this cars power is stock from what I can understand, this is the list of parts I know it has: hks dump valve ninja 2 exhaust back box (possibly cat back system) tein springs (lowering by 30mm) STI replica rear spoiler roof spoiler + fins, (pics will show spoiler) vibe slick 1025 watt sub and amp Sony xav-65 head unit with 6.2" touchscreen this car has a full service history including cambelt replacement at 40k it drives great and smooth haven't had a single fault with it and couldn't ask for better hopefully the pictures that are attached will show you the car with all its beauty. the only bad point I can see is unfortunately I reversed into a wall and has had minimal damage to the rear drivers side bumper but have been given a quote by mirror image body repair shop in Bridgend and im wiling to either take the price off the car or if not I will pay to get it repaired before someone buys it. in a perfect world I am looking to get £6200 for it as it has decent mileage a full service history and hasn't been abused like some other cars I have seen for sale on eBay etc. but that being said I will be open to reasonable offers, as I have said earlier in the post the photos should do the car justice and will be a major selling point of the car. if you have any queries about the car please feel free to call me on 07853370489 or email me on [email protected] thanks for looking

Hi guys unfortunately a couple days back was pulling out of a friends drive and cracked my front splitter, I was never able to find the make of the splitter so was wondering if any of you guys knew what it was, if you could help me out if be very great full

Ah right okay, yeah I do get what you mean about the offset now, ah right didn't know that about the bearings, haha looks like it's not just a simple case of buying the set of wheels I want :P ah well gonna have to put more thought into it, thanks allot guys for your help on this

Okay will have a look into thanks mate, is there anything I can do to reduce stress on the wheel bearings, like is there any upgrade wheel bearings I could go for?

Ahh right it's a wrx, just sitting inside the arch would be fine for me to be honest, and honestly I didn't even think of the stress on the gear box might have to look into the wheels more, this information has helped me allot now I Actually understand what kind of offset I would be looking at, thanks allot guys and will post some pics when finished :)

Hey guys I am looking to buy a new set of wheels for my black blob eye, stock wheels looking a bit naff and stained, I am dying to get a nice beefy stance and was wondering if anybody would be able to give me a hand on the usual things when it comes to wheels (offset is the main thing) what I can't get my head around is for example, what offset should I have If I want an 18x8 all around wheel, I'm hoping to get it to stand out and look a bit beefy so would like it to be poking out a bit, if anybody could give me any tips and advice I would really appreciate it Thanks guys

Hey guys I been on the forum past week only now had a chance to post something. I recently bought a 2005 obsidian black Subaru wrx blob-eye I have instantly fallen in love with it. It hasn't got any upgrades I can think of other than a ninja 2 exhaust and tein coilover suspension, but have got plans for a remap, maybe induction kit and possibly front mount inter cooler in the first 6 months and then upgraded turbo and injectors plus anything else I can think of :P so without further delay this is the newbie car so far :)

Yeah it could be will have too look into it more, it sucks that I can't just get that piece if I was to buy it new

Well I only had it since Sunday so I haven't had a good look about upgrading, gonna start with normal stuff, eg remapping, filter, already got a turbo back exhaust so no need to upgrade that, and eventually going down the route of new turbo possibly, haha yeah never thought I'd keep it standard for long, ahh right okay thanks guys by the looks of it breakers are gonna be the best bet, thanks for the advice guys :)

Hi guys I'm brand new to the forum so here it goes, I recently bought an obsidian black Subaru wrx 2005. I completely adore this car but it has a few visual flaws, the main one is there's a noticeable piece of plastic trim missing from the passenger side rear wheel arch, it's right where the arch meets the side skirt, I'm dying to find a replacement piece but I have not got a clue on the part name or part number to find it, I got a picture attached (plus a pic of the car, hope it's likeable on here) if anybody could help me I would really appreciate it, thanks guys
