Hi all. 2007 Outback just failed IVA Test (made for Japanese market, exported to NZ and now to UK), because "Gas Discharge Headlights" need a wash system? Any advice of way round this - what is a compliant UK headlight and where can i get one cheap? (dealers suggesting £470 each?). Many thanks .
