Thanks guys, I'm in Cheshire, can anyone recommend anywhere close? Someone hAs already reccomended a Buxton based specialist. I have a guy who does all with work on my other car, is it a simple enough job for him to complete? I usually buy all the kit and then just get him to fit it so is there anywhere in particular I should go for it other than euro car parts? And whilst I'm there, what grade oil is the best?

Quick question about my timing belt on a 1997 Impreza turbo 2000 The car has 109,000 miles on the clock now and the belt was last done at 70,000 miles in 2007. What's the mileage interval and/or age on a belt? Cheers Matt

Hi I have just brought an Impreza classic, I am looking to fit a dump valve but i don't want anything too loud, I used to have a fairly quiet one on my s3 from forge. Also, from this picture can you tell which type I should buy?

What was the cost of the pump and belt fitted? I'll be taking it somewhere to be done probably next week.

Hi All This is my first Subaru, I have purchased it to run around in at the weekends and to just keep clean and enjoy. It's a 2 owner turbo 2000 which is completely standard and it interested me with its huge maintenance folder and with it being a 1997 model facelift bonnet, old bumper and old dash. It's in excellent condition and drives great with plenty of power, I had to drive it 240 miles home last night and it didn't miss a beat. I do have a few questions, but I'll get to those in good time
