I know it might seem a bit random but with normal driving how long could a wrx gearbox last with very little to no oil? If what my mechanic says is true I would guess its been 5000+ miles in the state its in. Feels much better now with the correct oil levels but I'm not sure how is would effect the longevity of the gearbox. It started to feel notchy changing gears so never forced it in and shifted slow, Are these gearboxs bullet proof or am I really lucky its still going still? Cheers
