  1. Cheers matt, no joy with them tho. I've booked it in for tomorrow morning. Gonna warm her up a bit on the way and take a chance. Then assuming it fails, make a decision then. He's quoted me around £200 for the cat and pipe. So with labour and mot, looking at £300! Just be nice to have a part number so I could search for it myself.
  2. I purchased my impreza about 6 yrs ago, with a full stainless system and no cats. Up until now it hasn't been a problem as I've had lenient mot's so to speak. Unfortunately this time round, I've got to get it done properly. Can anyone tell me what cats / pipes are required? And possibly recommend where is best to get them (price wise). With part numbers. It's a 51 plate impreza wrx sti import 2l turbo. Engine no. EJ207. Any help will be appreciated.
  3. Thats a good shout. If things dont pan out i will go down that route. Cheers
  4. Ah well. Thanks for the help anyway. Think ive found a guy
  5. Up until now ive used the same guy for my mot, who is obviously a lenient chap. However i cant get hold of him this year. Is a 51plate impreza wrx sti with around 40k on the clock likely to get through the emissions test without the cat? Or can anyone recommend a guy with similar lenient qualities in the southampton area? Any help will be appreciated.
