Can anyone tell me where to find the diagnostic plug on an 01 bugeye wrx.

Any ideas on cheapest place to get one. There's a few breaking. But have they got the same problem. I know it is a common fault.

Oh without a doubt. Hard to find a bugeye one though. Is there any other models that use the same frame.

That's what I thought. I've heard upside it improves the handling and sheds abit of weight. But subaru know what there doing and obviously put them on for a reason. Could be a front impact thing. Hope some people know more than me because it has to come off regardless or it will probably fall off within 6 month anyhow.

Are they hard to remove and what do you call hard

I have noticed today that my front c frame is like Swiss cheese. Looking online for a new one I noticed alot of people have just removed them. Can think of better things to spend the money on if I can just do away with it.

Sounds like a plan. What sort of exhaust do you recommend. Looked on ebay etc but most of them look abit cheap if you know what I mean

Just had a full service Inc belts. Came with a mapping read out showing 289bhp last July. Getting a better exhaust soon though. Has standard twin on at mo.

Just got myself a 01 bugeye prodrive. Although it is kicking out abit of power. I want a little more. Its a factory done prodrive model but other than that totally standard. What's the easiest way to squeeze out a few more ponies.

Yep. The cossie is fading out fast. But so are the people that can afford to keep them on the road. But back to scooby. Got mine on Friday. Totally immaculate, 100k on the clock and factory prodrive from new. Printouts say 289bhp last July. BUT WANT MORE.

Will put pics up this afternoon when I finish work. Cosworths will always be the dogs balls but really getting hard to maintain on a working family man's wage.
