No spark, immobiliser? Help!

Hello, new member, Fife, Scotland. I've put a 2.0 sohc engine along with loom, immobiliser, key reader & keys into a trike, it won't fire up. I think it's to do with the immobiliser. Does anyone close by have any knowledge of this type who could offer advice or even HELP!! Thanks, Phil
