Can I only get this item from a dealer? i had to utilise part of the hose to get another car working asap. Anyway as I near completion of my head gasket job, I'd really like to get this part. Wondering if there is an OEM part or will any hose of the right size with a check valve work? My car is a 2004 2.5 NA, so if anyone knows the diameter of the hose and length, I may just make one up. Ofcourse, I suppose I can call subaru, but I am pretty sure that's gonna cost me. Although to be fair, I really needed that hose at the time lol.

I am facing a head gasket repair on my Outback, I am trying to find out if there's a preferred OEM gasket kit and more importantly what's available on the UK market. Pretty sure customs will charge me for importing from the US, however I stand to be corrected. Thanks in advance.
