    I've had the later 2001 Impreza and I prefer the old classic. Although it suffered from more understeer, it was more organic when driving. Great fun in the snow. I did increase the boost and I had engine problems. The mechanic replaced the crank bearings with ACL and the engine is as solid as ever.
