eaw outback

Hello all just joined your group i am after some help please i have a Subaru outback H6 PROBLEM 1 water in tailgate i have 2 Subaru outback one is a Y reg other is 53 reg both have this problem cars are on flat drive any advice please PROBLEM 2 I have some surface rust on both front wings one is dented (not by me was previous owner) trying to buy 2 blue front wings any idea were i can get them please I have been looking on Ebay no luck so far Thank you for any help Ian
