In my ignorance I had assumed that this car had a chain, however today whilst checking the oil I noticed what I would definately
call a cambelt on the front of the engine. The model is a non facelift 2006, in the service book it says 60000miles or 6 years, cambelt change.
So it's a bit late, because I was sure it was a chain.

I need to change the cambelt on my 2006 Outback 3.0Rn, can anybody advise me as to what other parts should be changed at the same time.
If you have had it done recently can you give me an idea of cost.
