    Thank you for your advise, The dealer thinks it is the phone so me do not download phone book he is going to see if he can do it if not of to car phone warehouse.

    Hi Just purchased our first Subaru, lovely to drive, connected our mobile but cannot get it to download the directory using Bluetooth help required phone is a Huawei. Did not have a problem with old car Ford Kuaka.

    Hi, We have just purchased a 2013 Forester. We are trying to transfer the phonebook using Bluetooth from the phone to the car the phone is connected but It will not transfer the phonebook. The phone is a Huawei has anyone had this problem if so how did you solve it. Tony
