    Impreza dead after fob battery change

    DavidSamuel posted a topic in General Subaru Chat
    Recently I had not used my car all week,when I went to use it I realised my fob battery was dead.On retrieving the spare it’s battery was drained also.Replacing both batteries I was dumbfounded that neither of them worked at all.On contacting Subaru they said that shouldn’t be a problem.Do the fobs now need reprogrammed,without Subaru attempting to fleece me.Any advice would be well appreciated
