Local Indepentdent Mechanic or garage for Outback

Recommended Posts

I've a 2021 plate Outback, with 24k on the clock, got it in March from a main dealer, with 19k on it

I just had the 2nd service done at this main dealer

I got a very "Kwik Fit" feel to the experience, I was told 3 tyres had cuts in them that were so bad the core could be seen and the pads and disks would all need replacing within 6 months.

I am 58, get 41mpg out of it (ie I drive carefully.mostly motorway driving, no hard acceleration/braking), frankly I just don't believe them.

This was the last service to maintain the 3 year/36k warranty, so will be looking to go somewhere else next year, can anyone point me in the direction of a good independent garage in the Bath/Bristol area ?

Thanks
