Do you know what to search for on ebay? I searched for subaru impreza anti rattle and no brake related things came up! I don't even know where to start looking.

Yes, i think he said it was an Anti Rattle clip that was missing. The pads are Mintex. I'll give Subaru a call and see if they know. Thanks

Just had all new Pads and disks fitted to my Impreza WRX blobeye (05) but when i collected it, the mechanic said there was a plate missing that goes on top of the caliper which supposidly stops the pads from rattling on the front passenger side. Looks like the previous owner replaced the pads and forgot to put this part back on. I've been told its fine to drive but maybe worth trying to get one. My question is..... does anyone know what the hell this part is called and where i can get 1 from??? Cheers people.

Ive just replaced the rear ones on mine on Monday as they we're knocking all the time. However mines an 05 Blobeye. Just thought id sign up and come say "Hello" to everyone........... so... HELLOOOOOO EVERYONE!!! Not long purchased my 1st Subaru and i'm starting to really enjoy it, as it's been a bit of a money pit at the moment. Just had a full cambelt done, new Ultra SR coilovers installed, brakes on order and full service due next month! It's a 2005 Impreza WRX but it's had some work done by prodrive with certs.
