Hi everyone. Hai to all you Subaru owners!, I have been a member for sometime, read the Forum often although post rarely. My 2010 Outback 2litre diesel had a DPF warning light, 3 three weeks ago, it would go off after a few minutes, then the warning light started to flash and the engine light came on. I live near Shaftesbury, a local garage offers a regen, the first checked the onboard computer for errors, no errors other that a blocked DPF, so regen done apparently successful but 700 miles later exactly the same problem, so seems to be an underlying problem, maybe the EGV valve, clogged injectors etc.
Does any garage, etc that they would recommend.
I noticed an excellent article here from David in Hamshire... fitting a new EGV valve, I could do that but want to be a bit more confident before buying a new one of those.
Would appreciate any suggestions
Thanks
Ray
