Got another general question for you guys @Tidgy @Jay762 and i know its personal prefrence but if you guys have/know anybody that has coilover that have adjustable pre-load, Whats a suitable amount for them (refering to height when you measure the coil)

Hi all, So my 2007 Impreza has these coil overs installed on them had 2 question. 1. General thoughts on them from the community 2. The last owner lowered it a tad too much and when going over speed bumps and bumps it hits...
