    Location of dash sensors

    Mike J Miller posted a topic in Subaru Forester Club
    I would like to add a smallcover in from of the steering wheel on the dash to reduce glare and the area I plan to put the dash cover seems to be just plastic and seems to have no sensor, but the "prohibited area" in the manual seems to preclude this. The manual, however, is not precise and I get no good answers from Subaru people I contact. I think there are no sensor right in the immediate front of the steering wheel but I want to be sure that I'm not covering up something. I can't believe the small area of plastic in front of the steering wheel should be a problem.
