    dash top storage bin lid (2000 classic)

    The lid on my dash-top storage seems to have an issue with the spring that opens it and I'm trying to dismantle it to see what needs replacing. It still woks ok, but there's an issue somewhere with either a hinge or a spring. Has anyone dismantled this before?
