    P0409, seized EGR valve – Fixed

    I'm mow starting to get "-20" as angle reading from EGR. During driving it can change to "-11" or even "0". Sometimes it works just fine after engine start i.e. "0" when ECU orders "0" and then follow ECU-ordered angles as it should. I have noted that the axle on which the valve is mounted, and that is connected to the black sprocket, is worn and can be wiggeled back and forth. Can this wear make the sensor-readings go bananas? If I apply 12V to the motor it moves the valve so it is not stuck.
