    It cannot be an EU issue, its my choice if i want a cat 1 immobiliser or not ...surely. Its spoiling my experience with this car.

    Hi Guys, My forester XT has a subaru cat 1 alarm which after the car is unlocked for 30 seconds activates the immobiliser. I want this 'feature' removed. Can it be done and how? Many thanks. Steve

    Hi all, this 30 second immobiliser thing really annoys me and I hate explaining it to anyone I give the car to use. I don't care if the car is stolen I just want this to stop, is there anyway to disable the immobiliser? Thanks in advance.
