Many words have been had, but she's not getting used. 3 trips in a year someone else should enjoy the car. -
She's going up for sale, more detail to follow in for sale section

Cpt Jack Sparrow replied to FozzySTurbo's topic in Subaru Engines, Exhausts and modifications
Hi The Cosworth filter is a dry filter, so no oil, no MAF issues- 23 replies

Had a cone on my Hawkeye and it never really ran smooth, replaced it with the OEM set up and a Cosworth panel filter and is as smooth as you like now..- 23 replies

today I pulled out the Japspeed cold air intake ready to install and OEM filter box and intake -
So today I started the backward step to OEM to see if it improves my running. My Hawk not been mapped and to me has never run 100% smooth. The previous owner had had a Japspeed in wing 'Cold air' intake fitted.Quick call to Matt and I have a complete OEM intake and snorkel on its way, into which I will put a Cosworth panel filter. My guess it will improve the running with a proper AF mixture that the MAF can deal with.I will get back to you on the results, non scientific of course

I'll be at this one guys, but not with you all, Beds & Bucks Scoobys. You'll know my car by a little Cpt Jack stood on the dash, say hello if I'm about

As title saysI'm looking for a Hawkeye STi top mount intercooler with y pipe.Have mine off currently to fit a JDM intercooler spray bottle so thought I take the opportunity to swap the intercooler over while its off. What have you got please
-
As I am totally over come by JDM envy, I found yet another bit to add to the car. This time the bottle for the intercooler spray. The boot mount one I have has been re-purposed as a reservoir for the rear wash wipe I retro fitted, meaning I would need something else for the intercooler spray. The JDM model has a under bonnet reservoir, so got hold of one of those an fitted it last night.. very handy all the threaded mounting points were just waiting to be used. Next job is to make a new loom back to the dash switch. If you find yourself asking why? simply because I could :thumb::thumb:

Fitted a JDM Defi style sweeping dash Cluster. Very happy all working after a couple of simple alterations :P -
yes it was of ebay, but not one of the silly cheap ones. Its Wifi rather than bluetooth and has a handy on off button so it can be left in place. I'll get a picture up later
-
are you using android or iOS? if you are using android I have a dongle thingy in the garage that I bought, that works with android but not IOS so I have to get another one for my iphone. Works fine with Torque app. I'll sell it for £10 delivered
