Hi The Shell ECT is aimed at meeting the requirements of modern low emissions engines and long life servicing, not what is required for your engine, so while it's a good oil, you'd be paying for things that you don't need. I'd probably go for the Shell Helix Ultra 5w-40. Cheers Tim
