He quoted me £450 to close the deck too. I have just seen the SC46 for sale to be fair. But like Tidgy says, it could be nakered and not even a rebuild would save it. Big gamble. Tempting though.

How difficult to closed deck it? yeah they’re all being checked when at the machine shop.

That would be the big end shell. Well and truely dead. Yes it’s got mahle 2631s and Manley rods going in. With arps and a few other shiny bits

Finally got my engine out and in bits. Thrown up a few surprises. What was thought to be a small crack in the exhaust housing of my turbo which had zero play is apparently destroyed inside according to Turbo Dynamics. But let’s hope it all goes back together eventually.

Brought this for my 06 STI had it fitted at a local garage. Went to collect the car and they had removed the steering angle sensor that controls the DCCD etc. So this probably had about 10 mins use. Looked amazing just wrong fitment. I paid £105 for it. So looking for around £75inc p&p as stated it’s seen very minimal usage. It has one scuff on which is barely noticeable on Drop me a message if you’re interested and we can sort something out.

Hey buddy I’m also in Portsmouth. Have had a few mixed opinions on Duncan. Only seem to be hearing good things about Bob Rawle of BR Developements. Maybe we could look at getting both done together. Mines waiting on a Rebuild being finished. Ben

Cheers buddy. Heard lots of good things about both of them. I was recommended Duncan I’m guessing his maps are completely custom?
