Common I no can hear it first thing in the morning when cold especially these very cold mornings.The engine does go quiet when warm but if I blip it when warm can hear like a tappet sound but not under load when driving it.Can only hear it from inside the car any ideas.Does piston slap completely disappear when warm it’s been a few years since I’ve owned a scooby Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Like wise mate.Ive not seen a Scooby for months on the road and as soon as I pick mine up I see a few drive past me lol.Its got plenty of service history which is good. I forgot how quick these cars are after a few years of not having one.Not bad on fuel either unless it gets floored lol
