just wondering if i can put 225/45/17 on my bugeye. Would there be any issues?

Will change you speedometer a bit but that should be all really think the blobeye I have the same my bug has a different type. But I'd be happy to put them on. [emoji6]

Speedo should be fine, it already has 215/45/17's so diameter is the same. I was wondering about the width, if it would rub or something.

Oh ok no I have had 225's on both mine and doesn't catch on either of them :)

Shouldn't do I've not changes my rims, but It might be worth checking just incase I'm wrong :D But I'm sure it's the just the top part of the tyre well I almost know it is I have had them on my Bugeye before

No worries mate. I'd be happy to put bigger on mine on mine. I've had allsorts on through the years 225 and 215's same as you same rims I think the bugs on 215's now from memory because I badly needed them that day couldn't get 225s in time.
