jay14
Need to change my n/s sidelight bulb and doesn't seem accessible without removing the headlight. Do I need to remove it? Does the bumper need to come off too to get it off?
tom_gr7
If its anything like the legacy headlight unit to get to each side you need to remove the air box or the Battery. Or have really small hands!
Mystery_Machine
you need to remove the whole light, there are two bolts on top and a plastic clip behind the grille (which needs to come off) and if you are lucky enough to still have the white bracket behind the light there is a bolt there too....bumper can stay on though but may need to bend it a tad :)
jay14
Cheers, be great if it can be done without removing bumper
Mystery_Machine
didn't remove the bumper on mine, also you have to pull it quite hard as there are a couple of ball headed pins that go into the wing, but having said that it's a fairly straight forward job.. poor design though lol :)
