Has anyone got any advice on removing the rear bumper on my 1999 classic uk ?

I'm having the rear arches replaced soon so got to get it ready for the work, i'm sure it'll be pretty obvious once i get underneath it but if anyone's done it before any tips/advice would be appreciated.
