Sub frame rust

Hey folks,

Recently had service on my 07 Impreza and one of the advisories was rusted sub frame that will need attention at a later date. He reccomended next time I come in, he would spray some anti rust material on it.

Is this something I could do myself? Happy to get a jack and supports. If so, what product would you recommend?
