should my 2005 outback 2.5 manual have the hill start clutch feature?

i thought it was standard but this one doesn't seem to have it

not seen that since the days of my NA Impreza wagon :)

 

I have a slushbox, so no worries there ;)

 

you can normally see a cable / pipe  coming off the clutch housing going over to the brake cylinder / servo if you have,

 

but it has been over 10 years sine i had my last Impreza
