New to forum, looking for buying advice for first Subaru

Hi, not sure if posting in the right place.

As title says I'm looking into buying my first Subaru and have spotted a nice looking '98 Impreza Turbo 2000 in what looks like British Racing Green. Its up for £2995, done 108k, looks very standard, tidy, and well looked after. Haven't been able to test drive it yet, will hopefully tomorrow. Are there any specific red flags I should keep an eye out for? I was able to spot a tiny bubble on each of the rear arches, is this anything to worry about?
