September 16, 20178 yr On my 2008 Legacy diesel the sat nav display just says the word security. If I disconnect the battery then reconnect for the first hour the radio controls can be used but then locks after an hour. the heater controls,do not work at all which is not good at this time of year, local specialist has tried recoding but it won't take it. Someone suggested it might be the heater control unit behind the glove box? Any thoughts?
