Hi guys

I am new on here so wanna say hello to everyone 

I am asking for your help please, I am trying to had another key to my WRX turbo using SSM3 software but can’t get in the Immobilizer. It keeps asking me for the input teaching operating code, have tried alarm code and nothing. 

Would anyone be able to help me please?
