BOV Judder and Boost Issues on Gearchange

Hi All,

Fitted an uprated fuel pump to ease what I thought was a fuel starvation issue. Now it's spooling up no problem but then when I change gear it's like "BAM" someone's hit the brake. The BOV is also juddering at high revs during the gearchange like it's jamming or there's too much trying to get through it. Not a "whoop tish" more like a "whoop tsh tsh tsh tsh" if you get my drift. Ha

I suspect the set up may be wrong and the MAF cannot calculate the air flow with the BOV but I'm no expert.

It's in for remapping soon on a fast road set up. Do you think that will sort it or is my BOV set up just not right?
